My Review:
After years of joking around with my husband about how we would like to have a sex swing, I was excited to see this option when I was paroozing A Touch of Romance. One of the main reasons why we had never actually bought a sex swing was because we didn't like the idea of putting a permanent fixture in our bedroom. What an embarrassing giveaway - even if it was just screws in the ceiling - to anyone who may come and visit (and have occasion to go in our bedroom? lol). However, the Sportsheets Door Jam Sex Sling is a graceful solution to this problem! We simply hang it over the door leading to the bathroom in our master suite and then hide it away with our other sex toys when we aren't using it.

In our excitement to start using the swing, my husband and I didn't pause to read the directions that came with this swing. With simply looking at the picture on the box, this swing was intuitive enough to use that we were able to set it up without a problem. The straps were easy to adjust for height, and my husband just needed to give me a little help in order to climb into the swing. We were both a tad concerned that I would be banging against the door with each thrust, but this was not the case. I will say the swing was at just the right position for excellent stimulation, and my husband and I are pleased to now have this as part of our sex toy collection.

A Cruel Lesson by Tara Eames

I'd like to welcome Tara back to this blog! Last time I reviewed Crawling to Paris, which is the first book in her Crawling to Paris trilogy. Today I'm going to discuss the second book in this trilogy, A Cruel Lesson.

Synopsis: 
After punishing Declan book two in the Crawling to Paris trilogy sees Paris flying high with an unexpected promotion, a belittled Declan and a new outlook on life. She’s successful, spiteful and sexual. Taking the world by the balls and exerting her power; but how long will it take for Paris to hit the ground?

My Review:
Tara has done it once again with A Cruel Lesson - providing me with the unexpected! In hindsight, the path this segment of the trilogy took made perfect sense, but I did not see it coming. Tara clearly loves to keep her stories full of surprise, keeping her readers engaged and wanting to know more. I find that often times the second book in a trilogy largely acts as a bridge between the first and last books. However, I would  say that A Cruel Lesson does not fall into this trap. It is a solid story on its own, and has left me very intrigued to find out how Tara is going to wrap up her series.

My Review:
Often times while reading erotica, the depth of the story around all the sex is lost.The Cuckold Game introduces us to a couple with the very real problem of trying to rekindle a sex life they had all but given up hope on by trying to reunite their old friends, Erection and Wet-Spot. Though making these "friends" into characters caught me off guard, the personification really did a great job of keeping this love story light-hearted and interesting.

The Teachers Pet puts a twist on the classic "falling for your teacher" fantasy by putting you in the place of Ms. Tanner - a teacher caught between her decorum as a teacher and an uncontrollable desire for a handsome student named Max. The author's clean writing and ability to build the scene draws you in from the begining of Ms. Tanner and Max's encounter, making it easy get lost in the story to the point where you can almost feel what's going on.

My Review:

Gildford does not waste any time jumping into her sex scene, starting this story already in the heat of things. I have to admit that I am a big sucker for BDSM and also for lesbian erotica. By putting the two together, Guildford has created a particularly enticing story! With the nature of this being lesbian erotica, I appreciated how Guildford clearly knew how to pleasure woman as well as what women want. She was clearly able to gracefully transition between both roles: the giver and the receiver. In less than 3,000 words Guildford creates a short sexy scene that will harbor arousal.

A Long Night of Summer by CB Lee

My Review:

This short story starts right in the heat of things. Summer has her partner blindfolded and ready to do her bidding. My favorite section of this short was the exploitation into anilingus - It got me thinking this might be a fun new thing for me to try with the hubs ;) 

This book should be read in one sitting - and so it's perfect for those looking for a quick, yet arousing read.
