Consensual Heterosexual
Amazon Description:

He works hard, pays his taxes, loves his wife and has never strayed or cheated.
However he also has a secret, a sweet tooth, and the bonds
of marriage and family are as savoury as roast beef.
And now, for the first time in his life, he found himself
being tempted. Young and beautiful, she was a seductive vision of temptation,
forbidden and unattainable, but never was anything so sweet as the forbidden
fruit...
This is the first volume in Darkinferno's sizzling new
series Sweet Temptations.

My Review:
What inspired you to
become a writer?
While in school I discovered I have Dyslexia, and writing
seemed like a fun way to overcome my disability.
Do you have a day job as well?
More of a night job, I work part time on a replenishment
night-shift.
When did you first start writing and when did you finish your first book?
I began writing in Secondary school, however it was mostly
fan-fiction which i posted online and i only recently published my debut.
Do you ever experience writer’s block?
Unfortunately, I Suffer writer's Block at least once on
every project I work on.
Do you work with an outline, or just write?
I come up with a rough outline for the story in the
beginning but tend to get flashes of inspiration so always end up playing it by
ear.
Is there any particular author or book that influenced you in any way?
I suppose my two greatest writing influences would be
Bernard Cornwell and George R.R. Martin.
How do you market your work? What avenues have you found to work best for erotica?
Well I suppose Twitter is my primary means, as well as
approaching Book Review Blogs requesting reviews. I also commissioned the front Cover from a well-established
artist. I did try the Amazon Prime Promotions but found it was unproductive.
For Erotica, well I believe in the expression 'sex sells', so make the cover and
title enticing and it will sell itself.
What was your favorite chapter (or part) to write and why?
There's never any particular part I prefer, it depends on
the story really.
Do you have any advice for aspiring writers?
Don't give up, being an aspiring writer is like treading
water, if you stop kicking you'll drown.
My Review:
Perhaps my favorite part of Sweet Temptations: The Babysitter was how Dark Inferno built up the
character of the babysitter, Rebecca. This girl is 21 and reeks of 21 from her
movie and ice cream choices to her doe-eyes. Also, I appreciate how Dark
Inferno “set up” the second book in his series with the first scene in this
book. It is a well-constructed, well intentioned scene: we learn about Richard’s
character, family dynamics, and work dynamics all at the same time. As I often find with erotica, I did spot some minor technical
and continuity issues within this book. Regardless, Dark Inferno has
crafted a highly enticing story of the younger
girl next door, which I would recommend as a quick, arousing read.
